Burnout Café: Vancouver’s only motorcycle-themed cafe

A very unique concept cafe recently opened in Vancouver, but if you’re a coffee-loving motorcyclist in this city, chances are you’ve heard of it before.

Burnout Café is the latest concept from The Narrow Group – the same people behind several other Vancouver establishments, including Key Party, Mitra Canteen, Uncle Abe’s and Slim’s BBQ, to name a few.

The motorcycle-themed cafe opened at 2032 East Hastings Street in August, taking over the former address of what was once a town of Tyre.

The Burnout Café offers hot and cold espresso drinks as well as pastries — think jalepeño cheddar croissants, pain au chocolat and Jamaican patties.

This place also has a few “sammies” on its menu, including a vegan “egg” sandwich, a Sunrise Sammie (with classic breakfast sandwich vibes), and a grilled cheese with three different types of cheese and jam. onions and tomatoes.

The Burnout Café has generous bike parking and hosts regular meet-ups and events, such as a ‘Moto Social’ night in August – everyone is encouraged to hang out, whether you have a bike or not.

The relaxing indoor space features motorcycle-themed murals and artwork, plus a few sofas, spacious tables for socializing, and an old-fashioned arcade game.

The Burnout Café is open Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and Wednesday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
